Our
tea rooms provide a welcoming place to sit and relax
while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee with a slice
of home made cake or a delicious biscuit. It is a
place to take the time to chat to our friendly volunteers
– find out where the fish are biting, and get
a recommendation on the best beaches on the Peninsula.
The aroma of coffee drifting through the shop will
encourage you to sit and enjoy the Harvest Corner
experience. The Colibri C3 coffee machine ensures
a good quality and standard of coffee is available
for purchase. Real coffee beans are freshly ground
for each cup of coffee. A variety of drinks are available
including Cappuccinos, Hot Chocolate, Flat White coffee,
Black coffee and various flavours of tea.
Harvest
Corner provides a Cake and Coffee Special with a different
delicious home made cake available each week. Some
of these wonderful cake varieties are Carrot and Walnut
Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Apple and Almond
Cake, Banana Cake, Lemon and Sour Cream Cake and a
decadent Chocolate Mud Cake.
There
are large home style biscuits available for purchase
in the Tea rooms – Melting Moments, Florentines,
Coffee Shortbreads, and Lady Alice biscuits each costing
$1.50 per biscuit.
Come
in, sit down and enjoy a quality cup of coffee accompanied
by some delicious home baked goodies, then browse
through the quality crafts and admire the talent of
the various artists displayed in our Gallery.
CATERING
Harvest Corner offers catering for morning or afternoon
teas providing Devonshire teas with sweet and / or
savoury scones. Catering is available for light lunches,
with choices including meat and salad platters, assorted
sandwiches, or soup with crusty bread for the cooler
months; sweets are also available. Bottomless cups
of tea and coffee for each person are included. Small
or large groups are welcome.
Harvest
Corner has a meeting room available for hire at a
cost of $16.50 per half day or free of charge with
catered functions.
